RFQ 36C26225Q0348 Q&A REV2 Monthly inspection - Is this a monthly OSHA required visual inspection of the fire extinguishers? Will this be completed at one location (11201 Benton St. Loma Linda, CA 92357-1000) or are there multiple locations that we will be required to visit monthly? Record keeping for the monthly inspection - will we be required to generate a list of all the fire extinguishers and locations, or will that be provided to us for use monthly? Does the customer have an electronic barcoding system that we will be using to track the inspections?

Also same as above are the extinguishers located at one address or will there be multiple addresses where the equipment is located?
