This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-06 / 08/29/2024.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991, with a small business size standard of $9 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Hydrojetting & Cabling Services for the Jennifer Moreno VA Medical Center located in San Diego, CA.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov.

Questions must be received no later than September 13, 2024, at 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Time). All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.  SCHEDULE: All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following: VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) currently has a requirement for a non-personal services to provide Sewer Line Hydro Jetting and Cabling Services of sewer and waste lines. There are no sites visits; refer to line items outlined in the Statement of Work and RFQ. See the attached Statement of Work for further details.
