Hospital Grade Smart TVs

This Special Notice of Intent (NOI) is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers.  The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Northern Arizona Healthcare System intends to award a Delivery Order (DO) to Alvarez LLC for hospital grade smart television sets.

Alvarez LLC is certified by the U.S Small Business Administration (SBA) at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#search as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) and authorized distributor of PDI Communication Systems Inc smart television product line. PDI Communication Systems Inc is a small business concern headquarters in Springboro Ohio.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7730. Interested parties may submit a capabilities statement no later than August 27, 2024, 7:00am PST. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed DO based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The anticipated acquisition procedures are in accordance with (IAW) Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7008 Sole source awards to verified SDVOSB as authorized by title 38 U.S.C. 8127(b) for an amount less than the simplified acquisition threshold.
