AMENDMENT 0003: V212--IDC Wheelchair and Hired Car Service with Ad Hoc Medical Companion San Diego

Q&A Amendment No. 0003 for RFQ 36C26224Q1523:

1. The purpose of this amendment is to:

(a) update the Performance Work Statement for clarification, (b) provide answers to the inquiries received within the inquiry period, and (c) correct administrative / spelling errors.

2. All responses due via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov NLT 9:00 AM MT, November 17, 2025.

3. Late submissions will not be considered.

4. Contractor must be able to mobilize at full capacity by 01/01/2026.
