This amendment to RFQ 36C26224Q1133 shall address administrative errors on Solicitation.

Statement of Work: 325210 Industrial Gas Manufacturing is the correct NAICS disregard 312112 Bottle Water Manufacturing Disregard following remarks on Solicitation.

RAS PRICING NOTES:

1. Quantity is based on JAN to DEC 2023 actual usage.

2. Option Year 4 includes CLIN 4004 to account for the costs incurred in the event the telemetry unit needs to be removed from the GFE tanks at the end of the contract (i.e. in the event the follow on contract is awarded to a different vendor). Noted in CLIN 0001 PVAHCS owns its own bulk oxygen tanks, RAS INC has the awarded contract and Air Products delivers the bulk oxygen and monitors such.

The Phoenix VA will continue services for both Bulk Oxygen delivery and Telemetry monitoring through RAS and pricing will be provided via a vendor quote. Award will be made to the vendor with price that is fair and reasonable. Whenever possible, base price reasonable on competitive quotations or offers. This Is a Base +4 contract being Solicited.
