This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is set aside for Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26224Q0892 VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles CA, 90073 is looking to purchase six (6) types of 9mm and .233 small arms ammunition for the police service. The contractor shall furnish all supplies/items to VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles CA, 90073 This is a partial brand name requirement. See attached P03 BNJ for details and approval.

Potential offers must be aware that partial items being acquired are procured as Brand Name or Equal. For those items that are or equal , a description of the salient characteristics are outlined below. The FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Any items quoted as equal not confirming to the requirements of clause 52.211-6 will be considered non- responsive and not considered for award. .

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 332992, Size Standard 1,300 Employees. The Contractor Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract.
