Salient Characteristics: The outdoor fitness equipment must be protected from rust, corrosion, and chipping. Must retain its strength for numerous years without any need for lubrication, winterizing or regular maintenance. The equipment should be manufactured according to the following specifications:

1. Must be constructed of SAE 1020 High Carbon Steel.

2. Must have joints welding at least a minimum of 2/5 of 2/5 1/2 inch thick.

3. The bearings must be made of cast steel with cast steel rollers, that do not require re-lubrication.

4. All seats and stepping platforms must be made of custom molded LLDPE and HDPE Plastic.

5. After fabrication and welding, all parts must be hot dip galvanized for rust protection.

6. All metal parts must receive two layers of DuPont Powder Coat.

7. Must have an additional layer of polyurethane UV3 applied to all metal parts for ultraviolet protection.
