This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is set aside for SDVOSBs for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26224Q0727 The Department of Veterans Affairs Phoenix Healthcare System, Phoenix, AZ 85012 has a requirement for Steris AMSCO 400 including installation of new and de-installation/disposal of old equipment service labor. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA Phoenix Healthcare System located in 650 East Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012. Shipping must be included in cost. This is a brand name only requirement.

Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
