This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 / 12/04/2023.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $19 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Pipe Insulation Service for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, CA.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov AND Cole.Mcgruder@va.gov Questions must be received no later than December 22, 2023, at 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Time).

All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.  SCHEDULE: All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following: San Diego VA Healthcare System (PVAHS) currently has a requirement for a non-personal services order to conduct monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual water sampling and testing at various distal sites.
