If a contractor is not registered in SAM.GOV nor verified in SBA s VETCERT at the time of their offer then that contractor s request for quote (RFQ) will not be considered. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction , and the small business size standard is $45 Million. Per FAR 36.204, the disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
