NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Location: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHCS).

Notice Details:

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with [Insert Vendor Name] under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b). This requirement is un-der the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice of the government's in-tent to execute a non-competitive action.
