Your responses to the sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible, and the correct approach i.e., purchase and installation, construction, etc. and may result in a change of the NAICS Code and PSC Code based on our findings. A copy of the statement of work is attached for additional information on this requirement.
