The Department of Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS) is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to Integra Lifesciences Corp. for the annual maintenance service contract of the TruDi Navigation System. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for this sector is $34 Million. This notice of intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals.
