Biomerieux Lab Equipment CM/PM

SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus 4 option year (OY) contract Maintenance Support Service for BioMérieux hardware and software for Pathology & Lab Service at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is BioMérieux.

Their technicians are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The technicians are also the only individuals authorized to install and maintain the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these technicians. The government intends to award the contract on 05/20/2026 to BioMérieux, 515 S Colorow Dr., Salt Lake City, Utah 84108-1248.

CAGE CODE: 4S002. The estimated Period of Performance will be 08/09/2026-08/08/2031. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. Respondents who submit proprietary data shall clearly mark the data with appropriate markings. The Government will not pay for any information submitted as a result of this synopsis. This synopsis shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services.
