The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions received for this solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract for commercial plumbing services for the VA Pacific Island Health Care Systems (VAPIHCS). This is service-based contract for qualified plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing repair and limited installation services at VAPIHCS facilities.
