The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS) with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment and/or Mental Health Treatment in Sacramento, Placer or Yolo County California for VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) in accordance with the performance work statement contained herein. The solicitation does not have a set aside. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 623220, size standard $19M.
