AMEND 0002 - RELEASED 2/14/2025 AMEND 0001- RELEASED 02/12/2025 36C26124R0035 | Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Multiple Award Construction Contract (DB/DBB SDVOSB MACC), Various Locations, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 The proposed contract is limited to Veteran Small Business Certification, (VetCert) verified SDVOSB concerns. Vendors must be VetCert certified at the time of submission of the proposal and continuously through the award.

This is a source selection procurement IAW FAR 15.101-1 requiring both Technical and Price proposals. The procurement consists of one solicitation with the intent to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts. The aggregate value of this Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) acquisition shall not exceed $600,000,000. Awardees shall not exceed $50,000,000 for the life of the contract.

The period of performance (POP) for all contracts resulting from this solicitation shall consist of a two (2) year base period and three (3) one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum amount for each resultant award is $2,000 for the life of the contract, inclusive of options. The MINIMUM ordering limit per task order is $2,000. The MAXIMUM ordering limit per task order is $10,000,000.
