The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source Award under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), specifically FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i), Special documentation requirements. The intended contractor is Volpara Health Inc., located at 19000 33rd Ave W Ste 130, Lynnwood, WA 98036-4753.

The Department of Veteran Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS) is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to Volpara Health Inc. for a Mammography Tracking System.
