(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. (ii) Solicitation number 36C26124Q0474 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This acquisition is a SDVOSB setaside.

The NAICS code is 562111. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. (vi) The contractor shall provide NEIE Hazardous Waste Services for the VA Southern Nevada Health Care Systems at Reno, Nevada in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package. (vii) The contract will be for a base year plus four option years.
