The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source Award under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), specifically FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i), Special documentation requirements. The intended contractor is Brady Worldwide Inc., located at 6555 W Good Hope Rd., Milwaukee, WI 53223-4634.
The Department of Veteran Affairs Central California Healthcare System (VACCHS) is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to Brady Worldwide Inc. for Brady LINK360 Lockout Tagout services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is, 541690 Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.
