6. Per the site visit it was told that we are to only quote just PHASE 1; ACTIVATION MOVE INTO NEW KONA CBO And Not PHASE 2: DE-ACTIVATION OF OLD KONA CBOC is this true?

2. There is no estimated cost range or competitive range established.

3. A site visit may be scheduled on Tuesday January 9, 2024 at 10AM in Kona. The POC will be Robert Duarte. Please contact Robert Duarte via email Robert.Duarte@va.gov or cell phone 808-763-0921 to confirm the visit.

4. Yes, Suite 200. Yes, a site POC will need to be required on the designated site visit date.

5. Yes, shipment will arrive in a 40 container. A container hauling cost will not be requested, VA will pay to ship container.

6. Please include a quote for both PHASE 1 and PHASE 2 of the solicitation. These are referenced on CLINS 0001 and 0002 of the solicitation.
