This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services as prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.212(b)(1), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The Boise VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase a service agreement brand name or equal to PremiumCare epMotion 5075 for two (2) epMotion 5075 automated pipetting systems.

Service Location: Boise VA Medical Center 500 Fort Street Boise, ID 83702-4501 The period of performance will be a base plus four option years.

09/17/2029 - 09/16/2030 Option Year 4: 09/17/2030 - 09/16/2031 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
