This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0791 and is attached. This solicitation is unrestricted. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210, with a small business size standard of $34 Million. This NAICS code is subject is not subject to a waiver. The Boise VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase a service agreement brand name or equal to PremiumCare epMotion 5075 for two (2) epMotion 5075 automated pipetting systems. Service Location: Boise VA Medical Center 500 Fort Street Boise, ID 83702-4501 The period of performance will be a base plus four option years. Base: 09/17/2026 - 09/16/2027 Option Year 1: 09/17/2027 - 09/16/2028 Option Year 2: 09/17/2028 - 09/16/2029 Option Year 3: 09/17/2029 - 09/16/2030 Option Year 4: 09/17/2030 - 09/16/2031 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. Offers must be emailed to Jennifer Robles jennifer.robles1@va.gov and received no later than 1:00 PM Mountain on 07/23/2026.
