1. Contract Title. Emergent Purchase of Critical Emergency Lighting Inverter Portland 2. Background. The Portland VA Medical Center has a failed emergency lighting inverter that supports numerous operating rooms. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to procure and deliver the power inverter. 3. Scope. Provide and deliver a lighting inverter and mounting supplies.
All items of this requirement are to be delivered to the Portland VA Medical Center Warehouse at the address listed below. 4. Specific Requirements. Provide and deliver: Brand Name or Equal to AAB 6-FTEM-3-S-BD (20-04)-2YW, SINGLE PHASE 2.2KVA INVERTER, with IF Floor mount with seismic to floor mounting. QTY (1) EA lighting inverter and QTY (1) EA mounting supplies with the following specifics: Brand name or equal to AAB AAB Part numbers:
6-FTEM-3-S-BD (20-04)-2YW, Type: SINGLE PHASE 2.2KVA INVERTER. Mounting supplies: IF Floor mount with seismic to floor mounting included. The following lighting inverter specifications are required: 2.2 KW emergency lighting inverter 277 volt 1 phase, 60 Hz input and output 4 individual output breakers Transfer Time: ? 2 milliseconds to and from battery UL listed to UL 924 Meets NFPA 101, NFPA 70, OSHA
