Roof Repairs - Bulding 200 and building 3

This is a presolicitation notice for roof repairs for two buildings at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center – American Lake Campus. This is notice of a total SDVOSB set-aside. Offerors must be registered in the SBA database as a certified SDVOSB at the time of offer and award to be considered eligible. There is one site-visit expected to be scheduled for interested parties to attend and view the worksite on Friday 03/14/2025.

24-hours advanced notice for scheduling is required and further details, instructions, and exact dates and times will be posted with the solicitation. The Government is anticipating releasing a Request for Quotation 36C26025Q0320 for this requirement on or around 10 March 2025, but reserves the right to delay or not release the solicitation if facility needs change. The Request for Quotation will be a total SDVOSB set-aside.
