Riverain ClearRead Support - RIVERAIN TECHNOLOGIES, INC Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, VISN 20, intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Riverain Technologies, LLC., 3130 S Tech Blvd., Miamisburg, OH 45342-4882.

This proposed contract action is to provide software support and software maintenance for Riverain ClearRead Lung Computer Aided Detection (CAD) System throughout the VA Northwest Health Network, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority for FAR 6.302-1, using the procedures under FAR 13.5, Soliciting from a single source. This will be a firm-fixed price contract, base plus four (4) option years.

Estimated Period of Performance will be 12/10/2024 12/09/2029. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer, Amy.Kuczajda@va.gov, within 5 working days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.

Responses are due by 11/20/2024, 3pm MST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01, dated 11/12/2024.
