Questions and Answers:
Q: The existing boiler is glycol. Do you want the replacement boiler to be a glycol or a water boiler, like the one in the adjacent tenement? There were past discussions of matching the two boilers for service and maintenance efficiency. If it is decided to match boilers, can you provide the data for the other boiler.
A: Match existing glycol system. This project is independent of other properties. Q: The location of the existing boiler makes it difficult to replace and service. Can the boiler be relocated within the room for ease of installation and maintenance?
A: Yes, the boiler can be relocated for ease of access and maintenance. Coordinate with VA FMS prior to final location determination.  Q: Please confirm the intent of the flue replacement is from the existing tee to the boiler.
A: Confirmed. A flue submittal is not necessary. Q: Please confirm that the existing glycol make up tank is to be reused.
A: Replace existing Glycol tank and provide a submittal for review prior to work. Eliminate condensate neutralizer from scope of work.Â
