THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following in support of the Yakima VA Clinic: Yakima VA Clinic has a need for a high-speed internet service to transmit CCTV and provide guest Wi-Fi. to be purchased for the Yakima VA Clinic at 1211 Ahtanum Ridge Drive, Union Gap, WA 98903. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

1. Contract Title: Wi Fi for the Yakima VA Clinic 2. Background. Facility Management Services (FMS) is seeking a high-speed internet service to transmit CCTV and provide guest Wi-Fi. 3. Scope. Provide internet service to the VA Medical Clinic at 1211 Ahtanum Ridge Drive, Union Gap, WA 98903. Provide internet service into the existing IT room. Conduit exists from the exterior of the building into the IT room. Provide a nominal 1 gigabyte of internet service. Dedicated symmetrical bandwidth delivered over fiber.

Include /31 static IP address block Latency of 55 milliseconds (ms) or less Guarantee uptime of 99.5% or better. Packet Loss of less that 1% Network Jitter Guarantee of 2 milliseconds (ms) Provide ceiling mounted access points to provide guest Wi-Fi throughout the building. The building is approximately 16,000 square feet with suspended ceilings. Floor plan is attached. 6. Security Requirements. There are no security issues with this contract. 7. Other Pertinent Information or Special Considerations.

The Contractor is responsible for coordinating all interior work with the clinic manager. The work can not interfere with patient visits and may require afterhours work. Normal office hours are M-F, 8:00 am through 4:30pm. If any dust or debris is created, the Contractor is responsible with partitioning off the area generating the dust to ensure it doesn t migrate to the surrounding area. The Contractor is responsible for cleaning all construction debris or dust to a level that was present before the work started.

RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name, address, SAM UEI and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address; whether services are presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract.
