Specialty Bed Rental Portland VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b) (Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer), intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price one (1) year contract to provide Specialty Bed Rentals on an as needed basis for the Portland VA Healthcare System with Agiliti Health, Inc. in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA. NAICS 339113 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the critical Specialty Bed Rentals equal to Agiliti Health, Inc.
