Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price service contract with American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). The procurement is for Magnet Designation under ANCC s Magnet Recognition Program for Portland VA Medical Center.
