Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price supply contract with a SDVOSB vendor Ras Enterprises, LLC on a 6-month bridge contract under VAAR 819.7008. The contract is for bulk liquid oxygen, tank rental, and telemetry services for Portland and Vancouver VAMC.

The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325120. This sole source action will prevent service disruptions at the medical centers while a BPA is being procured.
