Avigilon Software and Hardware–North Bend VA Clinic- Department of Veterans Affairs

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services:

Title: Avigilon Software and Hardware–North Bend VA Clinic This project is for purchase of software and hardware for camera system at the North Bend CBOC. Following items are requested: 43 – Camera Software Licenses, annual subscription for Avigilon ACC7 Software. 1 – 24TB Avigilon AI-NVR Must be authorized Motorola Solutions (Avigilon) Distributor Contractor shall assist with installation and technical support. All items are required to be furnished within 7 days after award.

Notes: Depending on the results of market research and socioeconomic set-aside decision, the appropriate limitation to subcontracting may be incorporated into resulting solicitation/contract. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time.
