NO SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TO CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES. PROCUREMENT TITLE: PAR Bin System & Support Services INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 19), 6162 S. Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award one (1) purchase order on a sole source basis, to PAR Excellence Systems, Inc., for PAR bin systems & support services. BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: The Salt Lake City Healthcare System (SLCHCS) located at 500 Foothill Blvd Salt Lake City, UT 84148 transitioned from manual, non-weighted Point-of-Use (POU) inventory systems to a weight-based automated inventory management solution to reduce labor burden, stock-outs, and supply costs. SLCHCS previously procured a PAR Excellence weight-based inventory management system; however, full installation was not completed due to circumstances beyond the Government s control, to include flood damage at select locations, active constructions delays, and dissolution of a subcontractor / partner relationship. This sole source is for the completion and expansion of the previously procured system. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. INTERESTED PARTIES: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement as described in the attached Statement of Work no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Friday, April 10th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
