ARMORED CAR SERVICES Questions and Answers Question 1: Could you please confirm whether the solicitation includes FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, and if so, whether subcontracting to similarly situated entities is allowed to count toward the 50% self-performance requirement?
