The purpose of this amendment is to notify all potential offerors of the Questions and Answers and update the response deadline as follows:

The due date for offers is hereby extended until 08/25/2025 at 14:00 MDT.

Questions and Answers: In reference to the Statement of Work on page 2 of 15 line 2d concerning education, how many staff are assigned during a day shift and a night shift? Day shift: 8 nurses, 3 techs, 5 providers Night shift: 3 nurses, 1 tech, 1 provider In reference to the Statement of Work on page 2 of 15 line 2d, may classroom hands on training occur during day time hours or are they required during day shift and night shift? We would need the training to cover both day and night shift.

Concerning the HL7 solution on page 2 of the Statement of Work, what data are you exporting to your medical records from the monitor? Physiological monitoring data including but not limited to vital signs, blood pressure, heart rate, plethysmography, etc. To clarify, on the Statement of Work, section 7.3, are you requesting a total of 18 monitors? Yes. Two of those 18 monitors need to be configured for a trauma room setting.

Referencing the Solicitation Notice line 0001, how many wave forms are required for the 16 general care room monitors? 5 Referencing the Solicitation Notice line 0020, how many wave forms are required for the 2 trauma room monitors? 5 Referencing the Solicitation Notice line 0001, is there a requirement for the minimum size display of the monitor if the required number of waveforms are visible. If there is a requirement, what is the minimum size of the display required? 19 screen measured diagonally.

Referencing the Solicitation Notice line 0003, are you asking the vendor to send 12 lead ECG to Muse? No. We don t send 12 leads to Muse. Referencing the Solicitation Notice line 0029, please confirm if Spirometry and CO2 or just CO2 are required? We need both. Referencing the Solicitation Notice line 0029, do you require software only or software and hardware? Software only if providing GE brand equipment. Software and hardware if providing any other brand of equipment that is deemed to be equal.

Referencing the Solicitation Notice line 0009, you have requested spirometry and gas exchange license. Do you require software and hardware or software only? Software only if providing GE brand equipment. Software and hardware if providing any other brand of equipment that is deemed to be equal.

If you are monitoring Spirometry and Gas Exchange using a 3rd party device, do you need it integrated with the patient monitor? We use GE modules to monitor gas exchange and integrate with the bedside monitors, so there is no 3rd party device. Referencing the solicitation notice line 0010, you have requested Basic PiCCO Cardiac Output. Do you require software and hardware or software only? We don t measure cardiac output and will not need software or hardware.

If you are monitoring Cardiac Output using a 3rd party device, do you need it integrated with the patient monitor? Not applicable. We don t measure cardiac output. Referencing the solicitation notice line 0011, you have requested spirometry license. Do you require software and hardware or software only? Software only if providing GE brand equipment. Software and hardware if providing any other brand of equipment that is deemed to be equal.

If you are monitoring Spirometry using a 3rd party device, do you need it integrated with the patient monitor? We don t use 3rd party spirometry monitoring and it doesn t need to integrate with the patient monitor. Referencing lines 0025 of the solicitation notice, it mentions Emergency Care Software. Please identify specifically what capabilities are needed.

Emergency Care Bundle: 12ST multi-lead ST, PARR full arrhythmia, AVOA auto view on alarm Referencing lines 0026 of the solicitation notice, it mentions Advanced Critical Care Bundle. Please identify specifically what is needed.

Advanced Critical Care Bundle: P12S, 12ST- multi-lead ST, PARR full arrhythmia, 72 hour trending, AVOA auto view on alarm The solicitation also states that they will include drawings of the unit with square footage (Statement of Work page 2 section 2b) and we do not have that in the solicitation documents. Are you able to provide this? Yes, please see attached.
