IMPORTANT NOTE: This Sources Sought is for market research purposes only (to determine the socioeconomic status of interested companies). No award will be made off this posting. The contractor shall supply the below training at the SLCVAMC for engineering, Safety and Infectious Prevention team.
One-Time Service Contract for Construction in Healthcare Facilities Educational Program 1. Purpose The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Trainer will provide an 8-hour (2 session / 2 days) educational training program focused on construction safety and compliance within healthcare facilities.
This training aims to ensure participants acquire the necessary knowledge to maintain compliance with Joint Commission, DNV, and National Fire Protection Association Standards during construction processes in a healthcare setting.
The product will be delivered to the following location: Salt Lake City VA Health Care System 500 Foothill Blvd., Salt Lake City, Utah 84148 Please communicate via e-mail to Charles.Morton@va.gov by 14:00 MST on June 25, 2025, as to your company s ability to perform service per this brief Scope of Work. Scope of Services The Trainer will provide the following services:
Syllabus: A detailed syllabus for the 8-hour training session.
Evaluation: A structured evaluation process for the participants at the conclusion of the training. Trainer s Biography: Background information and qualifications of the Trainer.
Attendee List: A record of participants in the training session.
Signed Agreement: A signed contract outlining the expectations and responsibilities of both parties. 3. Duration and Location The training will take place over a period of 3 consecutive days, each one 8 hours at building 18 training area. The date and location will be mutually confirmed prior to the commencement of the training. 5. Responsibilities of the Trainer The Trainer agrees to:
Provide qualified and experienced trainers to conduct the session. Prepare and deliver all necessary materials and resources for the training. Administer the evaluation of attendees and provide feedback. Maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the session. This contract provides a detailed framework for the training event, including all essential components, responsibilities, and terms for a successful educational session.
