REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide molecular diagnostic test kits and consumables compatible with current Government-owned Cepheid instrumentation. Current, Government-owned Cepheid GeneXpert models include the Cepheid Infinity-48S, XVI, IV, and Xpress. VISN 19 clinical laboratory locations are listed below:

Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center (Aurora, CO) Salt Lake City VA Medical Center (Salt Lake City, UT) Cheyenne VA Medical Center (Cheyenne, WY) Grand Junction VA Medical Center (Grand Junction, CO) Sheridan VA Medical Center (Sheridan, WY) Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center (Muskogee, OK) Ernest Childers VA Health Care Center (Tulsa, OK) Oklahoma City VA Medical Center (Oklahoma City, OK) Testing kits, reagents, supplies, and consumables are required so the VA Pathology and Laboratory Services listed above can perform the following microbiology molecular diagnostic testing at a firm-fixed price: Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) Staphylococcus aureus (SA) Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) Norovirus Clostridium difficile Covid Influenza A/B Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) Group A Streptococcus Mycobacterium tuberculosis Rifampin-Resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) Trichomonas vaginosis (TV) Bacterial vaginosis Vulvovaginal candidiasis BCR-ABL Factor II & Factor V The NAICS code is 325413 In Vitro Diagnostic Substances, Reagents, Test Kits and Sets and Small Business Size Standards is 1250 employees.
