Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 4 of 4 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 4 The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide and conduct sump sensor/probe functionality tests, overfill valve tests, and tank monitor inspections.
Inspection and testing will be conducted on 4 tanks numbered 2216, 5278, 5366, 2214, (inactive tank) and all relevant and associated equipment. In addition to the annual Operators Annual Inspection (OAI) requirements, contractor shall verify and test additional items that are required every 3 years, on the appropriate due dates. These items include Hydrostatic spill buckets tests, piping sump hydrostatic tests, spill prevention devices, and overfill prevention devices.
