GE Centricity Echo PACS Support

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business manufacturer, GE Healthcare IITS USA CORP, located at 40 IDX DR South Burlington, VT 05403. ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 Ge Centricity PACS system Annual Contract Base Year 1 YR 1001 Ge Centricity PACS system Annual Contract Option Year 1 1 YR 2001 Ge Centricity PACS system Annual Contract Option Year 2 1 YR 3001 Ge Centricity PACS system Annual Contract Option Year 3 1 YR 4001 Ge Centricity PACS system Annual Contract Option Year 4 1 YR The GE Centricity PACS system is already in place and implemented at ECH, this is a contract to support and maintain this system.

This is a follow on to contract 36C25919P1153 and includes the required annual software and maintenance to operate the PACS system that is already in place. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541519 and the Business Size Standard is $34.0 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Friday, August 30th, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.

Responses to this notice are to be sent to chris.hollingsworth@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
