Description

As published on SAM.gov.

The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to RFQ 36C25924Q0528 is to answer vendor questions. Q1. The space they have available at their facility is 92.5 high x 84 wide x 19.5 deep. Our cabinet sizes are:

Sideload EndoCab Cabinet Size Number Of Scopes 37 x 24 x 92 6 Scope 43 x 24 x 92 10 Scope 49 x 24 x 92 16 Scope 57 x 24 x 92 20 Scope  Would they accept a 24 depth sideload cabinet? We also have 20 depth topload cabinets, but they are 95 high? A1. The 24 will be acceptable. Height cannot exceed what is listed in the SOW. Q2. Please let us know if the VA would be able to consider a proposal for cabinets with these alternative dimensions?

Upon review, I cannot see a substantial difference between RFQ 36C25924Q0425 and RFQ 36C25924Q0528. As we will be submitting a proposal for this business, could you highlight the distinction such that can make sure to meet or exceed the government s requirements? A2. There is no longer a requirement for maintenance in filter changes, however the cabinets need to be able to provide the station the ability to complete the maintenance themselves. Additionally, Room Limitations were added.

Cabinets must fit within these measurements due to space and fire system restrictions.  Q3. The document posted 6/4/24 named SOW+Scope+Drying_Cabinets+5.31+Sol states that the government has a requirement for 6 endoscope drying cabinets, yet document posted 6/4/24 named 36C25924Q0528 requests pricing on CLIN0001 and CLIN0002 for quantity 5 each. Should these CLIN s reflect 3 each? A3. The need is for a total of 6 cabinets. See below Q4.

In the actual RFQ lines 1, 2, 9, and 10 are requesting 12. Could you post with clarifications?  A4. Lines 1 & 2 belong together to create 1 working cabinet totaling 5 cabinets. Lines 9 & 10 belong together to create 1 working cabinet totaling 1 cabinet.
