In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the Small Business, Systec Group., located at 262 W Main St, Wales WI, 53183: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 In Patient Pharmacy ERGO Shelving per drawing 125645-1 1 EA 0002 OKC VA Revised In-Patient and Out-Patient casework per drawing 125794 1 EA 0003 Out Patient Clean Sweep Mobile Storage System per drawing 125438-1A 1 EA 0004 Clean Sweep 2 System per drawing 125438-2 1 EA 0005 Dismantle of existing system in-patient pharmacy 1 EA 0006 Dismantle of existing out-patient pharmacy 1 EA The purchase is to dismantle water damaged shelving and replace with a customized and fully fabricated new set of metal shelving and casework for the in-patient and out-patient areas that were damaged by a burst pipe.

The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 337215 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Friday, May 30, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
