In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the service-disabled veteran owned small business, Stripes Global Inc., located at 245 4th Street, Bremerton, WA 98337: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 Mobile Chemo/IV trailer, USP 800 trailer rental and certification in accordance with the SOW.

Part number: MPCT-R12-B Monthly rental of mobile pharmacy cleanroom trailer. This will be a month-to-month rental of the Mobile Chemo/IV trailer, this funding document will cover the period 06/16/2024 to 07/16/2024. 1 Month 1001 Mobile Chemo/IV trailer, USP 800 trailer rental and certification in accordance with the SOW. Part number: MPCT-R12-B Monthly rental of mobile pharmacy cleanroom trailer.

This will be a month-to-month rental of the Mobile Chemo/IV trailer, this funding document will cover the period 07/16/2024 to 08/15/2024. 1 Month 2001 Mobile Chemo/IV trailer, USP 800 trailer rental and certification in accordance with the SOW. Part number: MPCT-R12-B Monthly rental of mobile pharmacy cleanroom trailer. This will be a month-to-month rental of the Mobile Chemo/IV trailer, this funding document will cover the period 08/16/2024 to 09/15/2024.

This will be a month-to-month rental of the Mobile Chemo/IV trailer, this funding document will cover the period 10/16/2024 to 11/15/2024. 1 Month 5001 Mobile Chemo/IV trailer, USP 800 trailer rental and certification in accordance with the SOW. Part number: MPCT-R12-B Monthly rental of mobile pharmacy cleanroom trailer. This will be a month-to-month rental of the Mobile Chemo/IV trailer, this funding document will cover the period 11/16/2024 to 12/15/2024.

1 Month The purchase is to continue lease the of already in place pharmacy trailer during construction for a base month plus five additional option months or until construction at facility is completed. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 532120 and the Business Size Standard is $47.0 Million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Friday, May 28, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.

Responses to this notice are to be sent to chris.hollingsworth@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
