Ra-223 Xofigo

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 hereby provides notice of its intent to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Cardinal Health 414, LLC, 7000 Cardinal Place, Dublin, OH 43017. The Purchase Order is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The Purchase Order will be for Cardinal Health 414, LLC to provide Ra-223 Xofigo for prostate cancer therapy for the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System.

The Purchase Order will be for a base year and four one-year option periods. NAICS code: 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard 1,300 Employees) THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than March 28, 2024, 12:00 p.m. EST. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 19 will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued. Any prospective offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.

Also, prospective offeror shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller to the Department of Veterans Affairs for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.

The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective offeror's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support this requirement.
