Notice of Intent to Sole Source - GPM Pump and Cable Rental

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the large business, EEI Group, LLC, located at 4601 N Santa Fe Ave, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73118. ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 2400 GPM Pump w/50 Cable Rental 6 MO 0002 10 x 25 Hoses (8), Total 200 Rental 6 MO EEI Group LLC (Engineered Equipment Inc) is currently providing this exact equipment for the Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System (OKCVAHCS).

OKCVAHCS requires this equipment until a permanent pump can be installed. This equipment is required to continue to provide heated water to the entire facility required for patient care and facility operations. The equipment is already on site and removing it will require the use of a crane and would impact facility s operations and patient care. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 532490 and the Business Size Standard is $40 Million.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time, Monday, March 25th, 2024. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
