The Department of Veterans Affairs, VHA, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing Courier services for Pathology and Laboratory samples and items. Potential sources shall be capable of providing regularly scheduled pickups and deliveries of:

sterile supplies, laboratory specimens (blood, urine, body fluids, biopsies, and viral cultures), interoffice mail, basic office supplies, basic clinical supplies (linens, gauze, and tape), and equipment less than 75 lbs (i.e. oxygen tanks) for the following locations:

Frank Phillips Blvd, Suite 100, Bartlesville, OK 74006 Claremore VA Clinic: 3000 Medical Parkway, Claremore, OK 74017 NCO 19 is performing market research to survey the courier industry and market, and to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); (3) Small or emerging small business firms; or (4) Large businesses who can fulfill the requirement.

This Sources Sought notice is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.
