Amendment 1 Employee Assistance Program, 36C25924Q0176 0001 Questions and Answers Question 1: We would like to know if this is a brand new contract or if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services. If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
Answer: Services are currently provided under contract number 36C25919C0118.
Question 2: The solicitation states that the EAP program is a nationwide program, and there is also a requirement to provide onsite training for 3,500 employees. Please clarify the requirement for nationwide coverage.
Answer: Onsite training is required in the Denver location. All other EAP services are provided nationwide to employees.
Question 3: Is the 24-hour toll-free line open to all veterans or only veterans enrolled in the program?
Answer: Please reference Section B Background in the solicitation.
Question 4: Can you provide information on pricing/fee schedule for related/similar contracts?
Answer: The Government is accepting multiple approaches to pricing/fee schedule for this requirement.
Question 5:
Under D. Policies: 1. The program will be available to all employees and immediate family members who choose to subscribe to the program. Please clarify how immediate family members who chose to subscribe to the program are classified. Are they under Additional Services?
Answer: The offeror must determine how immediate family members who chose to subscribe to the program are classified.
Question 6:
Under E. Program Requirements:
1. Diagnostics Services: 1a. Counselors will be located no more than 15 miles from the employee s primary work site. The contractor shall provide services of the type herein described to employees and their immediate families during regular work hours. Please clarify if diagnostic services are in person in the state in which the employee is located for up to 6 visits?
Answer: Yes, if the employee is remote, 15 miles from the home.
Question 7: Will virtual visits be an allowable option under this service?
Answer: Yes, as an alternate option if the employee agrees and at no additional cost to the Government.
Question 8: Under Training, orientation, and promotional material: 4e. ......Informational brochures; please clarify if contractor is to provide digital and/or print brochures.

Answer: Provide educational materials.
Question 10: Are EAP services prepaid for on this contract or paid as they are utilized?
Answer: The offeror must decide the approach to services for the proposal.
Question 11: Please provide minimum requirements for clinicians.
Answer: Please reference H. Licenses and Qualifications , specifically section a and b combined. The solicitation is amended to remove Section XIII and change the offer due date in section XV to:
