For our parts team to source the correct annual service parts they typically need the model and serial number of the generators. Response to question 1: See attached images below:
I see 1 location listed below but if these are at different points of this location, I will need to know access details in order to relay to the technicians where they need to go to perform the services. Response to question 2: As stated in the PWS Section 8. Government Responsibilities and Security, the vendor will be escorted by VA personnel at all times. The VA personnel will take them to all required locations. The generators are at the back of the building across from the loading dock and the heat pumps are located in the assigned hub rooms and suites. Everything is located at 3773 Cherry Creek Dr. N. Denver, Co 80209 within the VA s leased spaces of the Ptarmigan Building.
