NEW - Furniture: LOPC Pods

This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-007. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business. The solicitation number 36C25726Q0863 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The vendor must be registered for NAICS 337214 in SAM to be eligible for award. See attached solicitation document for more information.

Late quotes or documentation may be accepted if advantageous to the Government. All comments or inquiries are to be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact, referenced above, no later than 08/24/2026, 10:00 AM/CST. Only quotes submitted through email will be considered. Submissions in any other format (fax, hard copy) will be deemed technically unacceptable and not considered for the award. The aggregate size of all documents submitted shall not exceed 25 megabytes (MB).

Vendors interested in providing the required services will need to submit all required documentation, detailed in the attached solicitation document, by email to Susan Flores at Susan.flores2@va.gov, no later than Wednesday, August 26, 2026, 10:00 AM/CST.
