NEW - Furniture: LOPC Pods

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-007. This solicitation is set aside for SDVOSB. The solicitation number 36C25726Q0690 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The vendor must be registered for NAICS 337215 in SAM to be eligible for award.

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) interested in responding to this solicitation must be registered as an SDVOSB or VOSB in SBA.gov. See attached solicitation document for more information. Late quotes or documentation may be accepted if advantageous to the Government. All comments or inquiries are to be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact, referenced above, no later than 08/11/2026, 10:00 AM/CST.

Only quotes submitted through email will be considered. Submissions in any other format (fax, hard copy) will be deemed technically unacceptable and not considered for the award. The aggregate size of all documents submitted shall not exceed 25 megabytes (MB). Vendors interested in providing the required commodities will need to submit all required documentation, detailed in the attached solicitation document, by email to Susan Flores at Susan.flores2@va.gov, no later than Tuesday, August 17, 2026, 10:00 AM/CST.
