This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and certified in by SBA in Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert). Interested SDVOSB s must be listed to receive contract awards.

Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Boiler Water Treatment Svcs (CTX). The items will be delivered to Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) in Temple, TX and Waco, TX in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

Questions: All questions must be received by Monday, February 10, 2025, at 13:00 EST via email to marcellus.jackson@va.gov. Please title email Solicitation Questions Boiler Water Treatment Svcs 36C25725Q0160 . Questions received after the stated date and time may be addressed at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Answers to questions will be addressed via an amendment to the solicitation and posted to https://www.sam.gov.

Proposals: All proposals are due NLT Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 13:00 EST via email to marcellus.jackson@va.gov. Quotes shall be received on or before the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Please title email with Solicitation Number, Proposal Submission . All proposals shall be submitted in three (3) volumes and labeled with RFQ Number, Offeror s Name, and the appropriate volume number. All proposals shall be in a PDF format with the Solicitation Number and the Offerors name. Due to email constraints by the VA, it is requested that emails sent to the POC be no larger than 7MB. Multiple emails can be sent to the POC for an offer.
