THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, 5441 Babcock Road, Ste. 302, San Antonio intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a single, firm fixed price contract for Construction Services. The solicitation will be issued on SAM.gov on or about June 27, 2025, and will include the Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications. The RFPs will be due on or about July 30, 2025. There will be pre-bid site visit with details to follow in the solicitation.

Project Details: Provide all necessary work and services to upgrade the HVAC systems for the 1st Floor Lab of the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital as part of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) located at 7400 Merton Minter Street, San Antonio, TX 78229. Work includes general construction, alterations, removal of existing utilities, and certain other items, as indicated on the project plans and specifications.
